This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

They make me pay a deposit of 1000 pesos, front desk guy, was smoking drugs outside, the never, ever place a smile of welcome on their faces, the guy put me on hold for almos 3 hours, because my reservation trough Expedia don’t show up on their week system, terrible terrible!!!

el personal nos atendió bien en todo momento. la habitación estaba limpia y todo funcionando, solo la tarjeta en ocasiones tardaba en responder. solo la ubicación, aunque esta muy cerca de estaciones y lugares de interés, las calles cercanas se sienten un poco inseguras, sobre todo en dirección a la alameda y eso que regresábamos apenas oscurecía. fuera de eso todo bien, excelente relación calidad precio.
