Disliked: Cleanliness
Hotel was very noisy in the evening, the beds are hard, no air conditioning, hotel food was not very good, rooms were clean. we walked over to the local bakery and market- lot's of walking- lot's of restaurants in the area
The property was shut down and there where no information received from the hotel owner or management about the hotel not in service.
My family and I were there in the middle of the night with no where to go.
It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Normandie
Mexico City, Excellent service from arrival to departure.
Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are enormously big and clean with tradetional Mexican furniture and with all amenities you may need.
The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep.
WiFi was occasionally weak .but i heard that many hotels have that issue in cdmx,
Therese a was a very big bakery called La Esperanza
I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.

Thé place is well situated, but the staff is unfriendly (never answered a greeting for instance), and very noisy at early and late hours. Other guests, highly noisy too. WiFi is terrible!
Although I’m giving a good review I don’t recommend to stay there, DON’T STAY THERE, you have being warned. I don’t know who or why but people talks too much, very loud and for long periods of time between the hours of midnight and 3 AM!. EVERY NIGHT!.
This property is old, no ventilation in the bathroom.Bed was uncomfortable and hard.Be prepared for very loud quest and slamming doors all night. Over night male staff are useless and unfriendly.Would become agitated just because a question was asked. Do not recommend this motel
