Good for a 1 night stay.

Good for a 1 night stay. I was afraid of some of the bad reviews, but nothing like that existed for me.. It was clean and comfortable. My room had a bit of the bleach smell. There was a place to eat that was open late right in the hotel.

Got bed bugs from this hotel. Also room smelled terrible of cigarettes and even had ash tray in the room. Took our baby here and absolutely regret it.

Very bad property. Bad personal. Dirty and personal - Housekeeping touch my belongs and stole items and I request to talk to the manager and front desk never contact me with the manager. All of them are the sesame thing DON'T RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL. I abandoned the hotel today January 23th, 2025 and move to another hotel. They touch and stole my belongs when I was in hospital for surgeries. Very disappointed 😞☹️

El personal de recepción terrible dicen que no tengo reservado cuando ya se confirmó por la aplicacion y via telefónica, son groseras, dicen que no tienen habitaciones y al.final despues de discutir aceptan su error. No recmiendo reservar por app. No porq sea mala la app sino el hotel y su personal.

No me respetaron la reservación, y cuando llegue me dijeron que la habitación ya estaba ocupada pero que me podian dar una suit doble por un costo extra, siendo exactamente la misma que vi en la foto cuando reservé por un costo mayor al inicial

El hotel está limpio, las empleadas (recepción y cocina, las que me tocaron a mi) son apáticas y hasta groseras, estuve dos noches y una de ellas los huéspedes de al lado, con música fuerte a las casi una de la mañana, en recepción les marcaron y les dijeron que bajarán su volumen, pero finalmente a los huéspedes les valió y yo creo a recepción tambien, pues todo siguió igual, no dormí en toda la noche, la verdad mucho ruido a tempranas horas, no se puede descansar. Las instalaciones buenas
