The room, staff, common area, and bathrooms seemed very welcoming and convenient. The only drawback we encountered was that to get to the capsule, it was necessary to climb some stairs while carrying two suitcases. This proved very difficult for my 70-year-old father, as there were no elevators or even escalators.

The location is almost inside the terminal, but no directions to reach the place, I've expend almost 45 min to arrive the facility. The worst is Expedia description doesn't explain that are small cabins to sleep plus bathrooms and lockers for every body. I had to go out at 3am when someone in the cabins start getting sick or vomiting. The price is not fair because I can find the same price in a real hotel a few blocks the airport with privacy.

Clean and practical, just as advertised. It would be nice if the luggage storage area in the locker room/bathroom had a little more space to accommodate multiple guests changing and repacking at the same time. I would stay here again.

Pretty basic cubicle, very handy if you leave early from Terminal 2. Pretty comfortable, even has a tv! I didn’t watch

Good for a short layover when you don’t want to spend for a full night in a hotel. Clean facilities. Safe. Nice staff. If you are a light sleeper it is hard to sleep as you can hear when other guests enter and exits their pods.

Upon making my reservation, I clearly saw a price tag of 40 odd dollars. Somehow, I was railroaded right to the end of the process and ended up paying $81 dollars. This property is NOT worth $80 dollars. One has to climb 2 set of stairs to get to the lobby/reception. The pods are really small. Lockers, showering and toilet facilities are fairly decent. Next time, I will just book me a regular hotel room in the airport vecinity.

Poorly designed. On 2nd floor but no way to get heavy bags up to there. The fan in my pod barely worked. Luggage had to be kept in lockers, but no table space to remove essentials from luggage.

The room was very clean, the staff were very nice, and there were lots of amenities. It is right next to the airport (5 mins walking) and right next to the airport food court as well.
