Nice Quiet Place in a Good Location

Nice quiet place in a good location. My only complaints were that we had to ask for toilet paper several times and one evening there was no one at the front desk.

Excellent area, safe… the price was incredible. The only thing is that the doorbell can be heard very loudly from your room. Guest arrive at all hours of the night making lots of noise in the lobby, which can also be heard from your room. Staff was incredible, friendly. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure. Recommend 99%

I give this property 4 stars based on an undesirable smell that comes from the bathroom or outside of it occasionally without use it. Other than that, customer service was excellent, and it was closer to my action area for a couple of days. If you go for a short period of time, it might be a good option.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms do not have air conditioning, no desk, insufficient place to put suitcases conveniently. Biggest issue is manager at reception is largely inaccessible despite calling, texting. This became an issue when we wanted to check out one day early (we stayed 3 nights). We learned that only the manager can do refunds. She was not in hotel when she was supposed to be. She did not respond to calls. When we finally saw thel manager, she refused to refund us for 4th night even though we cleared the room, returned key and notified person at reception early in the morning on day of checkout. The manager refused to call her manager, but eventually manager came. Jennifer lied about being at the hotel the day before but later admitted she was not there. Too much hassle, nonsense. It is too bad as these issues could be addressed but no will to do so.
