The hotel itself was great and the staff were super friendly. The location is excellent — really close to everything. The only thing that threw us off at first was the entrance to the building. There was a bucket right by the front door, which gave us a bit of a bad first impression. Even though the hotel is on the top floor and separate from the rest of the building, it would be great if a bit more attention was paid to the overall entrance and common areas. Other than that, we had a good stay.
Very nice location. Close to many nice restaurants as well as the Chapultepec Castle, Museum of Anthropology and other nice finds.
The hotel was clean and the housekeeping was good but lacked in a couple of key areas. I asked a couple of questions (how to operate the safe and where the key was to get to the outdoor patio). I got no response, even after staying for 4 nights. The other issue was the shower area. The water didn’t drain, leaving a good sized stagnant puddle for the next user. The puddle was only cleaned by housekeeping the following day.
The initial communication with the hotel was okay. We arrived late, and they promptly sent us the electronic key information, which was helpful. However, after that, responses from the staff became very slow.
One major issue that ruined my experience was the cleanliness of the room. I checked in late at night only to find that the bathroom was not clean. The toilet had obvious signs of use from previous guests, which was very disturbing. Cleanliness—especially of the bed and bathroom—is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and this situation made me feel like I was using a public restroom.
I informed the staff about this immediately, but the issue was only addressed two days later. If it weren’t for this, I would have given a much better review. Please make sure rooms are properly cleaned and checked before new guests arrive.

No internet, no tv for all my 6 day stay
Worst stay in 12 years as a digital nomad. 6 days without Internet. Something unheard of in Mexico - i could use streaming from the depths of the copper canyon to the deep jungles of Campeche, but there, at the heart of the capital city: nada. Mostly bc they don’t care. The property was informed upon check in I risked losing my job if I couldn’t communicate via internet, they said it had been ‘fixed’ 3 times, it wasn’t. For the last 3 days, they just ignored my messages (basically no reception on the premises so you can only message most of the time). Judging by reviews on other platforms, lots of people complained about this over the past 2 years . Connected TV never worked in 6 days. I found someone else old taco in the fridge. By the smell of it, it had been there for a while. The kitchen had only frying pan: a nightmare to boil water for coffee in the morning. The safe didn’t work, and anyways, it was not even fixed to anything. There is no reception, so good luck to get a taxi at 5am when you can’t use car apps bc no internet. Luckily the doorman downstairs seems more concerned about the property’s guests than the property itself (no that hard…). Only plus: the bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure+ hot water.
The staff has been very nice, my room was ready and very clean. They messaged me with codes information ans a welcome message before I expected. The area is very convenient, pleasant, and safe. The bed was very comfortable.
Excelente ubicación, a pesar de estar en una calle principal era muy tranquilo, no se escuchaba ruido, el personal de limpieza muy amable y atento, la habitación siempre estuvo limpia, precios razonables
