"Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised. The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep. Cleanliness was unacceptable: beds and...
