Unsure if I will stay again

It was a nice room, however had limited towels no broom to clean up as housekeeping cannot clean due to COVID-19. Could not get the cable to work until night 2 and also some of the security were rude.

They were the WORST!

Was one of the worst stays we have ever had. If there was an issue there we had to make sure with which property we booked with. Apparently, there were 3? The office worked from 9-5. We booked for 6 people, got 3 towels. No extra pillows or blankets. They said in description "sofa" sleeper. It was a love seat sleeper which made it a twin size. Our 6th person had to sleep on the floor! The person at the deak kept saying they "Didn't know" when asked about getting more things for the room! We asked about the nearest store. Same answer "I don't know." We found out there is a store located INSIDE the hotel!! Also, they won't change sheets or give clean towels because of the Corona Virus. We had to use the same ones for 3 days and share them because they didnt give us enough to begin with.

Room was 2 hrs late being ready, not clean, ac was awful, half lights did t work, fridge did t work, nowasher drywr in room as advertised, was charged deposit for no reason and cant get anyone on phone, only 1 shower when said 2 bathrooms. Do not recommend at all. Workers hardly speak english.

Great views and clean rooms

This is my second stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it both time. It is located on a very popular street in Miami and it is right on the beach with beach access, a pool, restaurant and bar on the bottom floor. My room was clean and looked just like the pictures. I was late arriving this time around, it was about 2 a.m when I arrived and I was worried about my check in but I had no problems. Despite the reviews I defiantly felt safe even with my 3 young children. They do valet parking so make sure you have all the things you want to take to your room with you. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and I will recommend to my friends and family.

Property is great - but the front desk didn’t inform us about all the things going on- no housecleaning - saying the reservation was on line? 8 days with no housecleaning is unacceptable .

Not ocean view. No terrace. Toilet was broken. Place was outdated. Bed was uncomfortable. The a.c. wasn’t cool at all. Very disappointing.

Don't always just go by bad reviews

We took a short vacation to relieve some stress. We got two room with loft and ocean view. It was perfect.very little feed back on the room pics etc. The checking in is a little difficult. But over all everyone was very pleasant. We got room P3 .the valley was free. Pool and beach access was free. Make sure not wet and have shoes on to get back in the building. They is shopping for small stuff in basement. Plenty of vending machines. They had a small restaurant/ bar on main level .we had breakfast there and it was amazing.we definitely would book this place again. There was some noise issues with 2 units from us but security handled it very proffessionally! There are a lot of bad reviews on the sites for the hotel for minor things which almost made us change our minds but for the size and price we chanced it and very glad we did . Like the tub had jets but when we got there the jets didn't work....who cares the place had three bathrooms!! Plenty of places for my guest to sleep and a kitchen!! Beautiful view. We definitely will book again next year... especially if got got more discounts!!

Das Toilettenpapier mussten wir selber nachkaufen. Außerdem war die Küchenzeile bereits sehr ramponiert, auch der Föhn funktionierte nicht. Die Lage war allerdings Top.
