Pool was dirty & tiny ….. room was smelly like a sewage smell , AC stopped working its was 81degrees inside my room , this hotel is dated needs an upgrade! location was nice right where all the excitement of ocean drive was

No coffee cups, shower door off and falling. Cleanliness was poor, the worst I've seen in years. Room entrance cards kept failing..then needed to go downstair across to another building to get a new card. The bicycles were old, and not in good condition and the chain kept falling off. A safety issue if pedaling in middle of street or far from hotel.

I couldn’t even stay in my room because the air conditioning did not work. I had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night because my room was 80°F. There frequently is no staff at the front desk, and when there is, they don’t know about anything and cannot help with anything. The phone line only works at random times. And despite reaching out what feels like hundreds of times, I still have yet to hear anything about resolving the awful situation of being stranded in Miami beach at 2AM. I would stay anywhere else if I were you.

Este hotel ha sido el peor que pude alquilar, desagradable todo. Primero te cobran la reservación, después cuando llegas allá te cobran un fee extra por servicio que no brindan y al arte el depósito. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, fui al recepcionista me dijo que estaba roto el compresor y la respuesta que me dio fue que la única solución que él me daba es que hiciera check out y me fuera del hotel a las 12:30 de la noche, no se pudo ni dormir del calor que estaba haciendo. No creo que esa sea la solución/respuesta para un cliente que está pagando. Aprte de eso cuando subo después de hablar con el grosero del recepcionista me encuentro una cucaracha y luego que la maté aparecieron dos más, esto ya es algo heavy, asqueroso y desagradable. Que servicio tan malo y sin ninguna solución para el cliente que está pagando para pasar un momento agradable

DO NOT STAY HERE,

This hotel lied about their rooms online and in person. They did a classic bait and switch leaving me with no place to stay when in Miami Beach. I reserved a room with 2 beds and was given a room with one. Did not receive what I paid for. Hotel is old and smelly. Overpriced and mismanaged.

The location does not dissapoint, and neither does the restaurant on the property. Despite parts of the hotel looking very old, the rooms themselves are very nice. They have an expresso machine in the room which is a nice touch. There is an odd setup with the two buildings, where one building is dissconnected from the lobby, but connects to the pool. If you are in building 2 you will have to enter the hotel via an ice cream store. Also the pool area is very small. Even though the setup is odd, you are right in the middle of everything. It makes it a great choice if your goal is to visit the many clubs and restaurants in South Beach.
