This was much more than just a hotel room - we stayed in a suite that included a fully equipped small kitchen and a living room area with a gorgeous view of the beach. Having the kitchen was incredibly convenient and made our stay feel more like home. While some of the interior showed a bit of wear, everything was clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep after long beach days. The space and amenities more than made up for any minor cosmetic issues. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location that has lots of walking and running paths as well as bicycles that you can rent and is right next to the beach. There are lots of dining and shopping options all within a walking distance.

Great location! It’s on a car free street and close to the beach. Parking is a bit of a challenge and you probably end up paying $45 per night. The room is clean, beds are good and ac woks good.

This hotel was a great deal for us as it is right on the art deco ocean drive area and next to the beach. Kids slept on sofa bed and we had the bedroom. Worked really well. Location unbeatable. Service very good!

The staff were wonderful. The property was okay - but i guess buildings are older in South beach. The location was great. We got a corner window room that have the beach view, so it is pretty nice. Check in was a little tough, as the check in is in one of the three Hilton properties. While they are next to each other. Manager should post the check in address at the door, not at the coffee station inside the building - (if you have not checked in, you can't see that). For people that came to south beach and stay at Cresent for the first time, it can be a little worry some. I would stay at this property again, if i go to South Beach again.

The location is great ! The only thing is the weird policy. We ordered 4 rooms, my friend who travelled parents arrived at 4pm , they was supposed to get 2 rooms. but she could not get it because I registered the name under my name. My flight only can arrive at mid night. I called hotel to explain the situation by saying I can provide all the document by phone/email just to release the 2nd room for my friend. After all the communication, she could not get it and ended up pay for the extra 5th room on the spot.
