  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

The hotel was clean, quiet, and very close to the airport, which was convenient. The room size was more than sufficient to fit four people comfortably (if you get a room with two beds or even one king size). I stayed here in between getting off my cruise and my flight home, and I was not disappointed. The staff made check in/out smooth and efficient as well. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly! Room was clean. Bathtub looked worn out. Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open when we got there around 12pm for lunch. It was super cold out so it would have been convenient if we didn’t have to walk anywhere. The convenience store was extremely expensive so we only bought a coffee.
