This was the most amazing stay in Miami FL, (sunny isles beach) I couldn’t ask for a better location, with more better parking and close to the beach and the bay. I loved it so much it’s going on my favorites list for when I come back. Might even check out the other MIA Rentals available in Miami. Awesome service and my cleanest stay in Miami via non hotel. Love love love! Comfortable, clean, and safe.

We arrived at night…do not recommend. This is an older property which we usually like but we weren’t clear if it was a condo property or a hotel. There seemed to be a mixture of both. The pool was the highlight of the property. Overall, the inside of our room was clean and obviously updated in the kitchen and bath. The walk to the beach was short and in between the property and the beach there were many restaurants and shops to walk to. Milman’s grocery was our favorite but Publix was close, too. The beach was nice. Turquoise water, white sand. We learned we are more of a Deerfield Beach vacationer than a Miami vacationer. It is obvious the property managers are making improvements and if you’re looking for a budget vacay, this could be for you.

Overall, the place was very clean and check-in was super easy, which I really appreciated since I booked late at night and was able to get in right away after completing the pre check-in questionnaire. That part was a huge plus. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I tried everything, the queen bed, the pullout couch, and even the rollaway bed, just to get some sleep, and none of them were comfortable. It definitely made the stay harder than expected. The place could also use more pillows, and better-quality ones would be a big improvement. Thicker blankets would help as well, we ended up using all the linens provided and still felt like we needed more. With a few upgrades to the bedding and comfort, this place could be a great stay.

During our stay at this property, there were many bugs and flies in the kitchen area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we received a different room than the one we booked. We were short a bed and were not able to get in touch with staff to resolve the issue. Overall, the place was fine, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach and stores nearby, but I was disappointed by the quality.

The pool was super clean and there is a heater on for cooler days. We asked if they could keep it open for an extra hour as we were arriving late, and the manager made it happen! The apartment was super clean. Loved that they sent us the door code, which was perfect because we arrived at 2am. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The place is really quiet, and you can walk to the beach, about a 5-8 minute walk. The only area that needs some improvement is the WiFi. It went on and off at night. Overall, great place, nice area with all kinds of stores and restaurants nearby. Will definitely return again!

The bed is hard as a rock. The couch is no better or the cot. No paper towels were provided and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. I paid $50 extra to stay until 1 thinking that I would be able to sleep in but my husband and 2 kids were also extremely uncomfortable

The accommodations provided by MiaRentals were very uncomfortable. The bed is rock hard and unable to be slept on. The additional fold out mattress in the closet for a 3rd person is ok. The property itself is not nice, walls are unpainted and the building looks in disrepair. During my stay there were violent screaming at the neighbors which required me to be moved to another unit which was also uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch in order to be able to sleep through the night. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and yes you can walk to the beach and Starbucks and shops, it doesn’t make up for the state of the building and comfort. Would not recommend booking.
