We had an exceptional experience at The Landon Bay Harbor even though we were only there for one evening. Phyllis was amazing, he greeted me and explained perks I would receive while staying with them, let us know he was available for anything we need and was very personable. He left a lasting impression. The room itself was nice and clean and worked perfectly for the one night stay we had in Miami. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing even offering suggested places to park. Continental breakfast was good, coffee was great!! Lobby and halls were clean. Our room had worn out carpet or I would have rated the hotel higher. Great budget friendly hotel in an excellent location.

We were greeted by such a friendly man at check in. He really made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is quaint, with a simple breakfast and small sitting area. Location is quiet, but it’s easy to get an uber and go to bayside marketplace to explore and have fun.

It was a nice place for the price. Location was good and there’s good restaurants that are a ten min walk away! Breakfast was for kids and the bagels fit in the palm of my hand lol. PURA Vida is right next door and was excellent for breakfast everyday!

A speedy Check-in, the room was spacious! The staff were very helpful. It was cold when we were there so figuring out the hot water was a little challenging besides that everything else was good! Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that aspect.

If you look at details from the corner walls and doors- it needs work. Some of the counters and shelves were not cleaned properly either. The fridge, water, and other amenities are very nice.
