“My first stay was insanely good, a week later when I came back for my second, a completely different story, unprepared, no parking despite being told there was, told to run around a hotel at 2am getting a pas from from of their other apartments lockboxes, only to find a party going on and the pass missing, rude, had to chase for over a week to get the night of parking I had to pay for refunded and then it was a argument. Shame, first stay was great, second stay ruined it.”

“No happy with hospitality. Had 2 towels for 4 days. Not good. No hand towels! Second to last day saw maintenance man and asked for towels for the room he generously brought us more towels that we check out the next day. Great location love the room could’ve been better with regular glasses or a cooking pan. It was just a pot.”

The host was in constant contact with me prior to the visit but once I arrived the difference was notable. I had several small issues that I hesitated to bring up but when I did I got an instant response and resolution.
