Very clean and quiet with a top notch restaurant on site. The best food we have had in Germany!โ
โDas Feeling einer Burg zu haben, war super. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider wurde die Bar jeden Abend frรผher geschlossen als angegeben, so konnten wir die Terrasse mit einem entspannten abendlichen Wein nicht genieรen. Das Restaurant war mir fรผr diesen Anlass zu laut. Die Sauna war super. Das Poolwasser leider deutlich zu kalt, sogar fรผr meine morgendliche sportliche Schwimmrunde. โ
โThe main road to Rรผdesheim is closed but it was a minor inconvenience. Extremely nice staff, breakfast is great and we enjoyed a dinner there as well. โ
โOwners are genuine German hosts. They showed us such kindness. The breakfast was filling and delicious. Great outdoor seating area for visiting and relaxing in.โ
โThis hotel is quaint and charming with very attentive staff. The restaurant food is superb! It is near train tracks but the windows close out the noise perfectly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that it is not in the main town of St.Goar. This isnโt a problem if you have a car or bike. We thought we could walk it but we underestimated how far it is. We had to rely on the local taxi and while very efficient, it cost us 18 euros every trip (each way)...
โPrecies wat wij zoeken bij een tussenstop rustig, goede kamer lekker diner met prettige prijs gezellige medewerkers en als laatste een heerlijk ontbijt met alles wat je maar kan wensen met de vraag hoe je je eitje wilde gekookt, spiegelei of roerei. Wel flinke hap dat roerei dus zeker meer dan 1 ei. Top we gaan er op doorreis dit jaar nog 3x heen en volgend jaar bij gezondheid weer 6 keer. Dat laatste zegt genoeg denk ik.โ
โBoat for the Rhine river cruise and ferry ride to other side of the river conveniently located in front of the hotel. Plenty restaurants nearby. 20 minutes walk to Rheinfels castle.โ
