"My stay at the Trumbull and Porter Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel perfectly captures the creative and energetic spirit of Detroit while still offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches and unique local artwork that gave the space a cool boutique feel. One of the highlights was the location in Corktown — close to amazing restaurants, nightlife, and some of Detroit’s best attractions. The outdoor courtyard and fire pits created a welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind after exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed during our stay. What really sets Trumbull and Porter apart is its character. It feels authentic, vibrant, and different from a typical chain hotel. Whether you’re visiting Detroit for business, a weekend getaway, or a concert downtown, this hotel offers a memorable experience with comfort, personality, and great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Detroit."

"Room was clean, scary step into the deep tub/shower, loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom, quiet, but a/c was very loud. Very sparse with towels, odd plugs in rooms. Overall great stay, a little pricey, but we enjoyed the stay"

"Amazing space. Super spacious. However systems went down and was about a 30-40 min line wait but they mentioned it was the first time this ever happened to them before. Other than the wait, great space and great cozy place."
