Staff were kind and polite. The room was a lot smaller than expected. Bedding was uncomfortable. Not one of the three pillows provided gave proper support. They need to be replaced. Not the worst, but won’t be returning.

Staff is very rude. Not usually anyone at the front desk when I needed something and the ladies acted very bothered whenever you could find them. To many other properties nearby to stay here. Try somewhere else

The room was very dirty. Bathroom toilet seat needed cleaned, shower and shower curtain was dirty. The trash can it looked like someone soiled in it. Fridge and was dirty. Bed sheets were stained or hadn’t been changed. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Not bad. We enjoyed the price. Husband liked the breakfast. The place was clean as it could be with being in a beach town. We slept well and felt safe. Pool was kind of cloudy so we just didn’t swim in it. The mirrors were cool in the rooms! There were air tight covers on both the box springs and the mattresses which is one thing I look for at every hotel when looking for bugs, so that was good! Everywhere should have those! Overall it was a good experience. The lady at the front desk was really cool. Thanks microtel!

Had to ask front desk where plug ins were, had to get on my hands & knees to even see it, then there was only one! Opening my door was difficult, had to retry key fob at least 6x to get the door to open. Desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Other worker sat on his phone in front of a tv and only helped out when asked by the desk clerk. It was very clean tho
