"Staff was top notch and very accommodating. I truly wish I had the woman’s name that checked us in, she deserves a special shout out for her professionalism & friendliness- our fireplace wasn’t working, she came in prepared & immediately suggested a change of rooms to prevent a repeat. She said she had been there for 7 years but her down to earth enjoyment of her job, and intricate attention to detail (wishing my husband a happy birthday, and other small talk) was wonderful. Property was very clean, would stay again! "

"Staff was helpful and friendly. There is no continental breakfast which is a downside because there are not a lot of easy breakfast options nearby. Views from our room were lovely and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would stay here again."

"The staff were the best!! I even ate snow for the first time being with a staff member!! I”m from California and never been in a snow storm!! It was the most beautiful creation by God that I have ever seen. Just watching the ice sickles grow everyday was breathtaking. Also went for school and they made sure I took some breakfast before the breakfast bar had opened. Lastly to love transparent I’m Black and was in a small rural area and everyone was welcoming and loving! I would stay there again a million times."

"The description of the room was nothing like the pictures. This is not a cottage, but a run down motel with overflowing trash cans outside of the doors. It smell like a musty cottage though. Room wasn’t very clean and there was no staff on site. I attempted to call to see if there were larger rooms, but got no response. Save your money and do not stay."
