It was an ordinary continental breakfast, would have been more balanced with some whole wheat bread as well.

We liked the hotel, but the ground floor restaurant has very limited menu items, and our sixth floor room was astonishingly noisy on the first night, as if there was a disco in the hallway directly outside. This noise continued until 2am, then stopped: seemingly, it was a party on the 16th floor in their skyline lounge and the noise was conducted down to our room through the giant pipes that seem to be functioning as support columns for the sixth floor. So, ten floors away from the action and yet it was still loud enough to feel as if we were right in the dance floor. The issue being… we actually had hoped to get a bit more sleep.

I really love this hotel. The bed was so soft. All the amenities were great and the staff was extremely friendly. I will be back.

Everything in this hotel from the servers, their attentiveness. The size of the fonts on the menu the lighting from the windows is gorgeous and then the private nook areas. Unbelievable the slippers by the bed the fruit bowl in the room the detail of this hotel is amazing small rotary phone. Live music the streaming music. just a gorgeous ambiance within the entire property and even down to the voices of the staff that they hire as everything is creates a very beautiful experience.

Helen was terrific getting us 2 adjoining rooms and processing our upgrade by phone.
