"Very disappointing experience.
Before arriving, I called the hotel to explain that I needed to add one extra guest to my room. The staff confirmed over the phone that this would be fine. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional charge that was never clearly explained beforehand. This felt misleading and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, a large part of the hotel was closed for maintenance and renovations. We were unable to enjoy many of the facilities and entertainment options that were advertised when we booked. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel.
The cleanliness was below expectations, room service had very limited food options, and food delivery regularly took more than an hour.
The most concerning issue was that a staff member entered our room without proper notice or permission, which was a serious violation of privacy.
Overall, we paid for a full resort experience but received far less than what was promised. Between the unexpected charges, restricted facilities, poor service, cleanliness issues, and privacy concerns, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have experienced.
I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed."
