Amazing oasis in a desert town! Beautiful rooms, incredible pool/hot tub area. Bass from night club across the street shook the window until midnight Friday night. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Beautifully restored to original 1930 design (just after the Roaring Twenties) although some rooms have been demoed to make others larger and more luxurious with modern features. Lobby is fabulous, but best feature is large outdoor pool and separate hot tub. I'm pretty sure this is a fresh water pool, so no stinging eyes from chlorine.

Nice Clean room, staff was excellent, breakfast was great, and Hot tun was superb!!! However the hot water handle came off, because it wasn’t fastened on properly with a screw. Other than that, it’s a Beautiful place to stay and the staff was Great!!! Thank you to the staff!!!

The pool and outside pool / hot tub area was very clean and serene. The room was spacious and offered a walk in closet, make- up area and full bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. The two hotel restaurants were both wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience with no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

This is my go to place to stay when making a pit stop between Big Bend and Dallas. The staff has always been friendly. The hotel is beautifully restored. The beds are comfortable. I'm sure I'll be here again.
