"The property was under construction so breakfast was served at the hotel next door , the staff was excellent, the room wasn’t the cleanest o drooped my ear bud underneath the sofa I found old food smeared when I moved the sofa, the beach view was excellent."

"They give a room when we got there it wasnt ready so i had to come back to front desk and wait to get it clean also i booked for 4 person and the room had only 1 king bed, about the pool it was full then i had to pay for a cabans they charge $380 for for half day nothing inluided i did not mentioned i psy more than $800 a night for that room and it was just a simple room..that is crazy"

"We stayed the day before our spring break 2026 cruise. I wish i had done a little bit more research before staying here, as the location has so much more to offer than i had even realized until it was to late. The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach (the balcony upgrade was definitely worth the small upcharge, sunrise was spectacular). There is an excellent and very popular local pizza place next door (Papa's Pizza) as well as a ben snd Jerrys for ice cream with our kids. Additionally which i didnt know intil that evening when i walked down the block to get a case of sodas, you can also rent golf carts (2,4,6, or even 8 seaters) by the hour day or week, at very reasonable prices). Also the historic Galveston pier boardwalk is just a couple blocks up (which my kids would have loved). There is an ER next door but it was quite and didn't cause issues with sleep. Breakfast was spectacular with so many options from healthy to comfort food, including eggs, bacon sausage, pancakes, waffles, egg whites, wraps, oats, yogurt, omlets, and cereal. Great gym and excellent staff. Would highly recommend staying here "

"We chose this property in Jan 2026 b/c we found it to top notch overall however this stay we found a room less than stellar...the microwave and fridge were not cleaned for our stay the door blocker was inoperable and we had no wash clothes, hand towels, or bath towels."

"Good location near Seawall. Older property, walls are paper thin. There were people standing outside their doors smoking illegal w**d. Pool area very clean and nice. Standard free breakfast. Less than enthusiastic staff. Overpriced but for one night okay. We would not chose to stay there again. "
