"This is the 3rd or fourth time we have stayed here great property in a good part of Nashville. I always question the staff though frequently you have to go and look for front desk staff. The pool bar staff upstairs didn’t know what time the pool closed. Just little things. They have great music in the weekends and their patio is great if the weather cooperates. Great property you should stay here rooms at great property is clean and well maintained."

"I liked the cleanliness, food and customer's services. but don't like the beds. Both beds in my room made embarrassing squeaky sounds at every turn. My experiences would have been excellent but for that. They need to tighten all screws in their beds or do something urgently to eliminate the bed noise."

"Very nice stay, super spacious room (studio suite) at a great price for CMA Fest. Secure underground garage, but pricey but h the it’s the norm these days, worth not having your car stolen or damaged on an unsecured lot. Included breakfast was decent, hotel bar has pricey appetizer-ish food options, along with live (acoustic) performers for happy hour. Maid service is every 3 days which is fine by me. Good location just a couple blocks from Bridgestone. Staff was pleasant and able to check me in a bit early, even allowed to park there early! Definitely would stay there again."

"The location of the hotel was ideal. Not too far of a walk from Broadway and very manageable! Had no issues checking into the hotel super late one night but the next morning we noticed our room was not clean cleaned. Mention this via text with the automated system, and the issues were only partially fixed. Beware of the faulty smoke detectors. Was hit with a $350 charge and no way to prove that we didn’t smoke in the room now that we are back home. They solely trust the sensors and don’t come up to check/back up the allegation. Super disappointed in the Holiday Inn express for blindly believing this."
