"I really like the place. The staff was excellent. I checked in bc dry late the security guard after practicing my Spanish had my personal check in card already at the desk. The actual room was clean and modern and also had nice personality touches like a card with local places to go and also a nice stocked refrigerator with water soda and beer. During the day the staff were super helpful too. I had a room with no windows so I actually sleep better."

"Nice hotel, centrally located in polanco close to restaurants and stores. I give the hotel 3 stars because the water in the shower took 15 minutes to heat up before a shower. The AC was extremely loud which didn’t make for a very relaxing sleep. Also, by day 4 before our check in, the bathroom had started smelling a little funky (urine smell). Thank goodness it was time to check out. Final morning at breakfast was also unnecessarily unpleasant. Staff ignored our call to pay and later came harassing us about not paying for breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay but could definitely use some improvement."

"Beautiful, spacious hotel very conveniently located in up-scale, safe Polanco neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants around. Clean room with small corner sofa overlooking the park with comfy beds. Breakfast offered lots of fresh fruit, cheese, pastries, hot dishes in small but friendly setting. Easy to navigate and efficient. Also, a small coffee bar in the lounge area was great for coffee and pastries. The lounge bar was roomy to sit in with music on weekdays. Excellent service in all areas, reception, bar, room service. I lost 2 items whilst in the hotel and the staff went over and above to locate them both. Walkable distance to the world class Anthropology Museum and Chapultapec Park."

"There were things that really bothered me about our stay. We stayed in the penthouse floor which was the 16th floor. In order to get there, we had to take the elevator to the 15th floor and the. Are your luggage up the stairs to get to the 16th floor. The elevator doesn’t reach it all the way. It was also the the same floor of the gym and we were abruptly awaken by people working out before 8am making loud noises and hearing the weights hit each other during repetitions. The door also slammed and, when it did we would hear it and feel it in our room. Additionally, when we walked into the room we tried to take a shower and because the shower head wasn’t properly screwed the water spewed from the top soaking the entire bathroom. Most of the water holes were clogged prompting the water to do in all different directions. This isn’t something hard to fix and don’t understand how no one noticed the issues while cleaning the room."
