"The elevator didn’t work all the time of my stay, and my room was on 4th floor"

"There were things that really bothered me about our stay. We stayed in the penthouse floor which was the 16th floor. In order to get there, we had to take the elevator to the 15th floor and the. Are your luggage up the stairs to get to the 16th floor. The elevator doesn’t reach it all the way. It was also the the same floor of the gym and we were abruptly awaken by people working out before 8am making loud noises and hearing the weights hit each other during repetitions. The door also slammed and, when it did we would hear it and feel it in our room. Additionally, when we walked into the room we tried to take a shower and because the shower head wasn’t properly screwed the water spewed from the top soaking the entire bathroom. Most of the water holes were clogged prompting the water to do in all different directions. This isn’t something hard to fix and don’t understand how no one noticed the issues while cleaning the room."

"Location is hard to beat. Gym is way too small - needs to be at least 3x larger. Bistro was bad food, poor service and expensive. Breakfast was excellent and exec suite meeting room well attended. Garden and main pool make this a standout property. New rooms don’t have plug-ins on both sides of bed - do okay if you are alone, not so good if you are two."
