At check in the staff was very polite and very helpful. The apartment was well kept in in a wonderful neighborhood close to Transporation and minutes away from the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Accommodation was clean and well appointed. Only negative was no lift and apartment on third floor, lots of stairs. Ideal location with a tram stop just outside. The tram line number 9 straight through to Centrale station.

Property was very clean and fully equipped, The only issue we had was that this apartment does not have an elevator or lift. I am elderly and I had trouble walking up the stairs with my luggage and every time we wanted to go out the stairs were too much. There were over 55 stairs to reach the 3rd floor apartment. The Expedia listing should state that this is upstairs with no elevator or lift.

The apartment is 20 minutes walking to Milan Duomo area, definitely look for a closer place, it’s situated in a residential area of Milan with nothing much around it, you need to be closer to Duomo, it’s in a building with no elevator and you have to go to the 4th floor, even though it says it’s on the 3rd floor, know that in Italy the 1st floor is 0 floor, it’s a lot of stairs with heavy suitcases. The apartment floors were dusty, it definitely was not throughly cleaned before our stay, I think they just change sheets, towels and clean bathroom. A/C stopped working the first night and nobody came to fix it. You need to pick up keys in a different location than where the apartment is, it’s one hour walking distance, so we had to pay Uber to go to their offices and then pay Uber to get to apartment, it was approximately a 18 minute Uber ride from office to apartment. They give you the option to meet at apartment but you have to give a specific time and with flight delays and transportation as a tourist not knowing the city it’s complicated. They should disclose distance between office to pick up keys and apartment, we did not know until we were there, it’s represents a lot of wasted time. Would not stay there again or recommend, you can definitely find a better place.

Confortavel porem cansativo

O apartamento é grande, bem localizado, limpo e confortável. Mas importante saber que a chave não fica no local e é bem longe, assim se vc estiver cansado e com muitas malas é muito cansativo ir buscar a chave. Além disso, não tem elevador no local e 4 lances de escada. Não é recomendavel para uma estadia curta ou alguém com muita bagagem.
