“Staff are always very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed there multiple times this year due to the death of my mother in law. Rooms are clean. I truly appreciate their service for securing my laptop. To the person who found my laptop, thanks so very much for your kindness and honesty. May God bless your good and beautiful heart.”

“Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.”

“The stay was clean bedroom. Bath. And eating area for continental breakfast. I would stay again 😔 TY”

“Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.”

“Hotel was very dated for the price. While it was very clean and the grounds were beautiful, the hotel rooms felt very old. I had breakfast at the restaurant, which was excellent. However, I was unable to charge it to the room and had only brought my room key with me. While this was easily resolved, I think the front desk should inform you of something like this at check in. I was there for one night and did not have an opportunity to use any facilities or do any activities.”

“The rooms are really nicely decorated. My fiancé liked the spa tub. It is a great location.”

“Clean, felt very safe and staff was super friendly and helpful”

“Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff”

“Good”

“Lovely property right in the center of town so easy access to the restaurants and shops. The town was seasonal decorated & Blowing Rock Memorial Park was full of blooming flowers! We did drive to the local attractions like the Moses Cone Manor which was wonderful! Lots of trails for walking; did the very interesting ranger led tour of the Manor house. The Embers Inn itself was very clean & attractive, room was nice size with comfortable bed & usual amenities. The staff was very helpful...

“Very clean.”

“Convenient location to downtown Boone. Close to App St University too! Spectacular room. Clean and updated. Unfortunately it rained that weekend and we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop lounge. The breakfast was delicious. Make sure you try a pastry from Stick Boys.”
