There were roaches in the room!!! The refrigerator had a horrible smell, the TV wasn't working, the Microwave and Refrigerator were not working. The bed quilt was ripped, very old and smelly. The reception was very dirty, and the staff was unprofessional, no greeting, neither empathy when I politely let them know about these issues about the room. I requested a full refund, the staff didn't even want to give me a copy of the refund document, I insisted then they printed it, so I could ask for the refund to Expedia.

No smokedetecter wires hanging from were it should be poop in toilet dirty pillow cases spider weebs dirty microwave no glass in the microwave dirty fridge blood on air-conditioner.I told the front desk they told me to file a complaint with you people they would give a full refund I have pictures and videos. I liked the room it was nice but there is a lady there that works the desk. She’s rude and attempted to charge me for having an emotional support animal there. The dog didn’t spend the night she left with my grandpa. I was fortunate to get my deposit back and we had to cut this visit short so I’m waiting for the refund of two days.
