“We had a room in the basement. They were dealing with flooding issues, which left a strong mold/mildew scent. But you would see staff actively cleaning throughout the day to deal with the mess. Kids loved the pool however the switch for the jets to the hot tub only worked if someone stood there and held down the button. The breakfast was great. The pancakes were a hit with the kids. I'd give them a second chance because you could see staff cleaning constantly to get the flooding damages fixed.”

“Bathrooms are very small. Bathroom exhaust fan was horrendously loud; could not use it. Key card would not let us into our room. Desk clerk did not understand or speak English. Maintenance person was finally able to help; battery in door reader was dead. Poor maintenance was prevelant. Continental breakfast was poor; powdered eggs cut into cubes, stale cereal and bad milk. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
