Comfortable room and a nice location. Pity they don't have their own parking, as the Willen Lakes parking charges for overnight stays are extortionate.
The room was clean ok for a good nights sleep.
The bed was comfy.
But unfortunately there was a hot water issue in the hotel so we had not hot water at all....
Also a lack of plugs i the room to charge anything.
We had a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were nice. The on-site restaurant/ bar were closed down. There were a few other food and drink options nearby (walking distance).
The area was experiencing some abnormally hot weather and there is no AC.
This is a basic hotel with great views and lots to do nearby. It’s good value for the money. I recommend booking a lake view with a balcony. Only downside was no air conditioning, not great during a heatwave.
Had a nice stay here. Room was clean, tidy and warm.
Location is beautiful.
A Greene King below and a nice cafe opposite. Would definately stay here again.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful.
The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn.
There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site.
This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant
Location and staff great. Pub below venue is closed and for sale but good pub food a 5 minute walk away. Property in need of air conditioning for summer stays though although a fan is provided which is insufficient to cool the room. Location overlooking the lake and bird life is superb and car park fees go to the park upkeep so are justified. Overall good but too hot in the room.
We had a lovely stay in a great location looking over at the lake. The staff were really friendly and accommodating., the room was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
A home from home, fantastic staff, great view over the lake and the restaurant below the rooms.
Parking is a little expensive for 11 nights it was £108.00, if you can look beyond the parking costs this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in around Milton Keynes.
We had a lovely stay, even better because we had a thunder storm so was able to open the door and watch from the comfort of the bed which was an added bonus, staff are very friendly
