The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "
