"Clean and comfortable..breakfast was good wood like to other meat options for people who dont eat pork..but the breakfast was good..definitely going to stay here again."
"Please heed this warning. This hotel was horrific. It was filthy, but much worse, life threatening. The rooms were occupied by transients who seem to be full time residents. At nightfall, the rooms came alive with drug and alcohol abuse. As ridiculous and incredible as this sounds, it is 100% true. We met another unlucky traveler who stated they woke up to roaches and nonstop partying. They were terrified to leave their room. We were traveling with our elderly aunt and two kids. We were awoken by nonstop screaming, fighting and what can only be described as furniture being slammed against walls from every direction of the hotel, including outside. We literally feared for our safety and were paralyzed with fear or we would have left. We were to scared to enter the hall. We complained to the front desk and received a simple “sorry” for our troubles. We will never, ever stay in this hotel chain again."
"The hotel is not what i what say is kid friendly. They was A LOT of drinking in the pool area. The staff did not seem bothered by this when I reported that the adults were bringing in large racks of alcohol while supervsing children. The staff seemed annoyed with me and responded with "they paid for the room, they can do what they please." Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The hotel itself was amazing. But the staff and clientell made it so i would not recommend this hotel for a family friendly place, and I probably wont book another stay for my next visit here. "
"The pool is closed. The rooms are dated and not clean. Shower had black spots that were easily washed off. Tv colour wasn’t working. The bathrooms in the lobby are not working. Breakfast was not edible. Juice machine not working. I would never return. "
