It was a little surprised that I did not have a phone microwave, coffee pot or refrigerator in my room was told not all rooms have them also a little surprised the last day of my stay the lady to clean my room went into my room 45 minutes before I was to check out I had not gotten everything out of my room also had a do not disturb sign on the door. She apologized, but still did not read her paperwork and the door handle note even though...
โThe facility is convenient to major Cherokee activities. Clean room, common areas and breakfast dining. Very attentive and helpful staff. From this base we were able to visit Bryson Cilty, Maggie Valley and Oconuluftee Welcome Center. Will definitely stay again in future trips.โ
โWe originally booked a room for 2 nights online and the web showed us a room with jacuzzi and river view. We got there and had a regular room with a small tub and kudzu blocking our river view on First floor. Was not happy so we spoke to owners son who quickly moved us to the second floor with a jacuzzi and awesome view of river. He was very kind and helpful. My husband loved the river and trout fished for two days!! Very convenient to everything and very clean room. Will definitely stay there...
โWe had an awesome stay at this quaint little motel that sends you back in time. The bed slept great and the room was clean. We had a huge window that looked out over the river. There is a nice covered pavilion with gliders and picnic tables, fire ring and grills right by the river for your enjoyment.
