There isn't much parking and they need to mark that better. Staff was great. Hotels.com screwed up our booking. I booked a 2 queen suite and Hotels.com changed it to a king. Not the hotel's fault. They were very nice about it. The room was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I found the furniture dirty in the lobby which is the last place I would expect. Big picture the hotel looks great; but things like seeing dirt around the bathtub, and the vanity was disappointing. The thermostat was not working. The room remained cold no matter what temperature I set. Also the water did not get hot; it remained luke warm. The knob to switch from faucet to shower was broken too. The coffee maker was dirty and there was no replacement of coffee grounds or tea bags or paper cups even though I stayed for 3 nights. The positive thing was that the room was very roomy and the bed was comfortable.

The property was conveniently located. It was close to shopping, various eateries, and the convention center where the volleyball tournament was held. The pics of the hotel showed a pool but no pool was onsite. Trash was not picked up daily and we stayed there for 6 days. The staff was nice.
