For a family, this is NOT a good choice! It is not a safe hotel IMO. I had my children with me for a road trip and thought it was a decent price for us to just sleep in, however, the building was in need of many repairs, stains everywhere, no elevator, the tv didnโt work, it was humid in the building, hallway and in the room, and the kicker was the phone didnโt work. While we do have cell phones, it is not safe to have a non working phone in a hotel.
We did not stay the night, as I was worried about the area and the conditions of the room. The staff understood and was very accommodating, and recommended a close hotel that was a better fit for a family.
If itโs a single person or someone that is strapped for funds, it would be an okay option, but if you can spare $30 more there were better hotels within minutes.
