Mediocre Stay

The front desk guy barely spoke when I checked in-took them about 5 mins to just check in. The area is pretty rough-very comfortable bed and nice for a a one night stay that is affordable! Breakfast choices were pretty slim-bread, cereal and yogurt was all they had.

Staff was friendly. But unfortunately does not make up for the lack cleaniness, the tv in our room was cracked. The shower curtain was dirty and did not even keep the water in, the walls where nasty.But not feeling safe was the topper. There was screaming and fighting late into the night. There was a gentleman with a grocery cart in the lobby. Cops came there more then once. A guy pulled in the parking lot trying to get my 17 year old daughter to his car.

Pros: good price, clean rooms, dog l friendly, host very nice Cons; hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed, other guests very noisy at all hours of the night. I was woken up twice to vulgar language twice in the sleeping hours, music in the hallways while guests walk to the smoking door, allt all hours of the night. Breakfast was poor, most everything was low it out. While there were some good points, we will not stay there again unless it was a last resort.

It was ok. The hot and cold water was mixed up. So i had to turn the cold tap on if i wanted hot water. The breakfast was disappointing. It was just toast or raisin bran. The coffee tasted terrible. The i teractions with the staff were always positive. But also the floor sounded like it was sticking to my shoes.

The room was average as far as cleanliness, for some reason the fire alarm kept beeping. One of the front desk when I checked in made some ableist/racist statement about one of the cleaning staff for no reason. Parking was fine.

The worst day ever I think you guys should do more research on the motels and hotels that you list. This one was drug infested and rolling infested. They had roaches and it was just unacceptable.
