Night Manager on Monday, Nov 10 was a gem. My room however was beyond dirty, but I was so tired I didn't care. LOL.

Floor was filthy, beds had hair on every blanket, sheet, and comforter of the beds, room had a musty-dirty smell, I paid on line for my pets and room and got charged again for my pets at the hotel for $20.00/ night, and it was 8:30 and they served breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30am and no breakfast was out at 8:45am when we went down for breakfast we left checked out and got my $50.00 deposit back that was not mentioned about prior either till checking in. Staff was ok.

They put us in the wrong room they put us on the third floor with three flights of stairs with two queen beds and we booked a bottom floor with one queen bed we both have really bad backs

The room was stained and dirty and the mini fridge had its guts ripped out. It took almost 20 minutes to get checked in (they were slow the last time I stayed there too). I mentioned that I’m disabled and they still put me on the third floor with no elevator service. The card-lock doors didn’t lock and were open for just anyone to walk in. Two times was enough, I’ll never stay here again!
