“Great hotel for family vacation”

“The room was dusty and had lots of spiderwebs the patio/ balcony was dirty full of leaves the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom tub was rusty”

“Staff are extremely helpful and kind, however the rooms are outdated, and the carpet looks suspect. The entire building needs renovation, the rooms look like they haven’t been remodeled since 1980s…The location of the hotel and surrounding area is beautiful.”

“Went to check in at 3 room wasn’t ready. Was told I would receive a text when it was… never got a text or a call. Got into our room by 5 not sure when it was actually available and there was some ones dirty clothes in the drawers. Was not a very good first impression of the hotel… Explained the issues to the front desk at checkout and they did wave the parking fee but didn’t seem very concerned about it. Not what I expected after paying as much as we did to stay there!”
