"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "

"Our stay at Hotel Aarav Grand was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable large beds. We left a beloved teddy bear behind and the owner has posted it on to our hotel in Delhi for us. One recommendation I would have is to add a breakfast menu to their room service. "

"Bathroom no proper drainage , no hot water , very hard groundwater supply,appaers old poorly renovated bath room ,fan not working , reception dont know how to talk with guest no proper information that breakfast was included,served breakfast in room as there is no restaurant and limited option and limited quantity. While i would give credit to the staff for making an effort to do the best for us during stay, we were totally uncomfortable during the stay due to the condition of the property. The pictures and rating while maling the booking totally decieved us. "

"I had a very great experience in Hotel Shrinath Palace . The location is nearby Shri Krishna Janam Bhoomi and 6 km away from Vrindavan which made it quite comfortable for us to visit there out . Also the environment of the hotel is so friendly and the staff service is excellent. Along with the luxury room,it also provides the service of foodstuffs . I would personally highly recommend u to stay out there n enjoy....!!"
