The BEST staff!!! I will be back again!!!

My husband and I did a quick weekend trip and it was the perfect hotel. All employees were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is beautiful all around. Rooms are gorgeous and luxurious just need a little deep cleaning or minor up grading to make accents a little more polish. Love the wrap around balcony view in our room it was the best Wish they told us we need to book for the dinner restaurant downstairs as soon as we got here, we would have did so; we was looking forward to dining but it was completely booked

The lobby and surrounding guest areas look great but the smell that hits you upon walking in is terrible. The maintenance crew is really needs to change all the air filters in the whole building. The pools were sparkling clean and this place would get five stars is they did better with cleaning, including the cabana areas they want you to pay extra for.

Large property, friendly staff, great restaurant options ( gluten free friendly) , nice beach , plenty of pool and beach seating. Huge gold course in walking distance. Beautiful rainforest view from the golf course

Butler was mia in the beginning but amazing trip and staff otherwise
