Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Great pool and bar service and location. Good breakie. Just think for the out-dated condition that the price was a little high. But overall no complaints!

We booked a room with 1 double bed and one single or twin bed in the same room, the hotel on the other hand seemed not to be aware of that and after being sent in a room with only one double bed we needed to change rooms, the advertised pool is empty, the breakfast is good, overpriced for what you get.

A minha estada neste hotel , que eu conheço e onde sempre fico hospedado desde a sua nascença, e sempre que me desloco a Mirandela, a minha Cidade, correu muito bem. Tive pena que a piscina ainda não estivesse em funcionamento, pois o tempo esteve muito bom e merecia um mergulho. Fica para a próxima.

O Grande Hotel D. Dinis requer uma manutenção profunda ao nível de conforto, staff, qualidade dos pequenos almoços, limpeza das zonas comuns (garagem é uma lástima). Enfim uma nove gerência seria o ideal já que o potencial é grande, mas os actuais proprietários não têm habilitações nem visão para o negócio hoteleiro.

Nunca vaya en fiestas !!!! Imposible dormir

Buen hotel de hace 25 años que precisa alguna renovación aunque el estado sea bueno. El problema fueron las fiestas de la localidad celebradas junto al hotel con música a gran escala hasta las cinco am Imposible descansar. El personal muy atento pero deberían advertir al hacer la reserva.

Desde el primer momento risitas entre la recepcionista y el recepcionista mientras se comunicaban con nosotros. (¿Falta de respeto?). La llave va acompañada de un llavero más grande que mi móvil. Entrada en la habitación. Grande pero de otro tiempo. En la bañera un pez de plata (Lepisma saccharina). Y en la cama dos carcomas (Vermis). Cabecero de cama sin enchufes próximos. Y almohadas desgastadas y pequeñísimas.

Hay que destacar el desayuno,con mucha variedad y productos frescos y típicos. Buena limpieza en las zonas comunes y en las habitaciones. Buena atención del personal. Zona bien comunicada,a la vez que tranquila, entre dos puentes. Muy cerca del centro para ir a pie y posibilidad de aparcamiento en la zona, además el hotel tiene parking privado.

DESILUSÃO PONTUAL

Apesar de já conhecer mos o Hotel, desta vez foi uma enorme desilusão porque não nos avisaram que iam decorrer as festas da cidade durante a nossa estadia, no site deles nada referia isso, no check on poderiam ter avisado que ia durar até às 4h da manhã e que às 7h o barulho iria ser tbm insuportável por causa dos camiões de limpeza e do lixo, condições que nos levaram a cancelar a estadia e a pagar apenas a noite que ficámos... Não tiveram a decência de nos oferecer a possibilidade de uma estadia noutra altura, de um pedido de desculpas, nada....
