"There was no person on duty when we arrived late at night, nor the next morning. All communications were through a video kiosk. The person on the other end was extremely hard to understand. He never could find our reservation. After about 30-40 minutes he finally gave us a room as a new booking. No breakfast as advertised except for some yogurt cups and coffee. The hotel charges $5 for each shuttle ride. There were no cups in the room at all. "

"Stayed 2 days. Did not get to use all the amenities. Comfortable beds, nice shower, average tv viewing, very clean. Reasonable cost. They do not automatically clean or reset your room during your stay. I'm sure you could ask though. Breakfast was very average if that. But I generally do not appreciate hotel breakfast. Location is great. Nice walking area near the water. Very pet friendly. Pro tip: If there is going to be heavy storms or wind during your stay, avoid the top 4th floor. Very noisy on the roof. But I certainly would go back."

"The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. "

"Check in and was given keys to room that was already occupied. Front desk just assigned new room without apologizing "

"Room was very clean and a nicely renovated. It had a great set up with living/sleeping area. It was quiet. You do have to pay for parking, which I’m not a fan of since I’m paying for the room. Breakfast is separate and expensive. There are many good other breakfast options in the are. I would definitely stay there again as the location is perfect to walk around the Plaza."
