"My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the spa. Hiram gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and his service was top-notch. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn't measure up. In my room, the hot water only came out of the tub spout, not the showerhead. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they simply took a note, and nothing was done. I ended up having to shower by crouching under the spout; it felt like bathing with buckets. The staff throughout the hotel seemed unfriendly and overworked, which made for an unwelcoming atmosphere. Dining at Capri Restaurant was also a letdown; service was incredibly slow, and it took 30 minutes just to get a cup of water. Overall, while Hiram at the spa deserves high praise, the hotel experience itself needs great improvement."

"Decor was perfectly in tune with the name of the Inn. Attractive and comfortable. The only hitch for us was coffee in the morning.. french presses were provided to brew coffee, but we had never used one before.. minor issue, thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and our two night stay."

"HVAC unit had to be turned off because it was whining so loud, curtains had tears in it. If all you need is the least expensive place to sleep near the airport then this is it. The best feature is that it was clean. Rundown. I wouldn’t stay there again."
