"I had 3 days without electricity and I tried to contact the phone number for their maintenance and no one replied. I also asked reception to help me, who were barely there during the day. Once I finally found someone at the office/reception they said they have no idea what to do. They also called the same phone number for maintenance and like for me, no one replied. If you stay here prepare to be left completely on your own if any issue arises. No electricity is border line third world country conditions, and with these prices answering my phone call is the bare minimum. I am very disappointed in my stay here and will never return. If you can, please avoid for your best interest."

"I checked the internet speed before booking this hotel because I had important work to do at night. The website stated that the internet speed was 100 Mbps, but the actual speed was extremely slow, around 0.60 Mbps, which made it impossible for me to do my work. In addition, a large amount of water was leaking from the ceiling while the guest upstairs was taking a shower. I have never experienced something like this at a hotel before. This stay was very disappointing. I need a refund. "

"The rooms are falling apart and left that way. No towel rack to hang your wet towel but you can see where they patched up holes for the racks. tile isn't grouted so its just collecting mold from the water in the bathroom. The shower tub is warped so there's air pockets under it. They didn't finish tape and mud on the seams so you can see the sheet rock and edges. There's a weird opening above the lights thats just open to electrical wiring with a shower and the steam thats just asking for trouble. Remote wouldn't work so I had to use the TV to change channels. The bed was very well made and nice sheets and mattress. The staff were actually really great for a lot of the finishing touches being left off. "
