"I was surprised. Lived in Mississauga many years and always seen this hotel as almost a landmark. Its so renovated, nice, spacious and clean. Now that we are no longer living in the city I look forward to using this hotel as a home away from home when needed."

"Our stay was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The suite itself was spacious but very basic. The 3 main negatives, were 1) way too many planes landing right over the hotel, which might be problematic for some people. 2) The hot tub was open but the jets did not work. 3) The property is located in an industrial location and no convenience stores or shopping in the area. Otherwise, our stay was good and the breakfast was abundant but ends too early in our opinion(9:30)."

"The place was clean & the staff was very helpful and ready 27/7. Having free shuttle service to the airport was really great. Nice for a short stay, comfy and close by to the mall and other attractions A change up in the breakfast menu would have been appreciated but it was nice either way"

"It is an airport transit hotel. Exactly what you would expect. Reception staff who are dealing with continuous arrivals and departures of passengers. The airport shuttle was a bit confusing. Just show the driver your reservation to make sure that you are going to the correct hotel. Many shuttles to different hotels. The room was huge! Pleasant room. It was home for 2 nights. Everything that I needed. (Microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker). When I asked for water at check-in, I was told that it was not usually provided. But the receptionist handed me a small bottle. Complementary breakfast was served. Adequate but ‘on a budget’. I would choose to stay there again."

"I booked this for our guest and he was happy with the experience, we are definitely keeping this property as a booking option for our guests and family members. The only thing I would recommend is for the property to make a relationship with a taxi service just in case clients need a ride. I mean if they have a relationship with a safe taxi company and the clients can reserve a ride as oppose to Uber. Some ppl don’t know how to use uber. Thank you for being kind to our guest"
