Mississippi Gulf Coast, Mississippi hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"Room was clean but beds were uncomfortable & pillows were flat & small. There was no hair dryer or clothing iron. Staff were kind. The carpeting in the hallways is disgusting. People were smoking both cigarettes & marijuana on our floor. And there was no complimentary continental breakfast, as advertised."

"Nice hotel and no smoking in casino which was great. The sweet shop near the casino did not have fresh treats and were overpriced. Will stay there next time"

"When we went to check in which was at 4 o’clock, our room wasn’t ready till around 5:30. We were at this hotel for five nights the first three days we asked for more towels and did not get them. Had to use the same towel for three days. We we’re outside sitting by the pool and the landscapers were spraying weed killer and it was windy so all the chemicals were going all over the people we were on a refresh for them to come do our room, but they never came. Then they came and refreshed the rooms at 5 to 8. We were already in bed. They just don’t have the help there to accommodate you."

"Clean and updated room. Did not like the $150.00 room deposit. That was excessive."
