“Due to remodeling in progress there was considerable dust everywhere. Work being done in the room next to us until about midnight sounded like rats in the wall. Otherwise we were comfortable. Check in host spoke poor english, that along with my poor hearing made it a little difficult for me. ”

“It was a nice, quiet hotel away from the busy towns. The rooms were nice, breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly and willing to help with any issues that came up.”

“I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. Went back down and got another room, and it was not clean whatsoever, cat food all over the ground smelt like cigarettes, a used water bottle....

“Cleanliness was definitely on point!! Rooms with pull out beds not recommended at all. Great service. Parking is an issue evening to night as you are next to Horseshoe Casinos, all though there are signed stating you will be towed, well the hotel don't review the cameras to watch the 10 plus people taking the PAID hotel members Parking. Beds not very comfortable I thought it would have been better. Coffee is great. Shower pressure was Amazing!! Staff at desk was very nice. Always greeted you....

“The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl....

“For being a sweet, the person that was using the sofa bed had to go get their own sheets and pillows and pillowcases. And the Keurig coffee only had one K cup, and there were four people as it said on the reservation kind of disappointed.”

“Room rate was well above average.. felt taken advantage of due to the College World Series in Omaha going on during our stay; we were not there attending the games.”

“Do not book a stay at this hotel. The Direct TV box was not hooked up. We took the top off of the toilet tank because it kept running all the time and we had to fix it about once an hour. The room was so dingy. It looked like it was painted by a teenager. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Now I will say the showers were nice and hot. And the mattresses were very comfortable. It was not worth, however the price that we paid for our weekend.”

“Absolutely the WORST place I have ever seen.. I never checked in .. This place needs to be condemned !!! Dirty isn't even close to describing it . Pathetic !!! I asked for a refund and said have to get it thru Expedia.. Called Expedia.. NO human to talk to and could get NO WHERE with getting refunded ..Worst experience with Expedia and this whole deal.. Only hope NO ONE else falls for the hype of getting cheated by booking companies that take your money and can't get it back .”

“The room was clean & comfortable. We came in to Omaha in late flight & shuttle was prompt in picking us up. We also parked our car at hotel for flight & trip before stay. All worked out very ell. Thank you.”

The rooms were clean, the common areas were inviting, and the overall property was well cared for. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. “We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is nothing fancy but overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was not great they didnt have much to choose from. The building is definately older but again nothing that really impacted the stay. The staff was nice and very friendly.”

“We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...
