“The property was clean, the room was also clean. There was hot water and the bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint is whatever cleaner they use in their bathrooms. The smell was so strong in the bathroom and overtook the rest of the room, it made my head hurt. This would probably sway me from staying there again just because the smell was quite offputting.”

Sink had dirty dishes, trash was fun, beds unmade, dirty towels on floor, I can keep going but that’s the basics. It was 8pm ish so getting in touch with a real person presented a challenge but finally did. Cleaning crew wasn’t able to come clean that night, which was expected but we couldn’t stay there in that condition, we left and found a hotel, here we are 5 days later...
