Great for overnight

Member of staff was lovely when we checked in, just what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Great that breakfast was included as well especially with a wee one and a long day ahead

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber. Es wurden in den 3 Tagen aber nur die Handtücher ersetzt und der Müll geleert. Die Ausstattung ist ok, nur war der Toilettendeckel locker sowie der Toilettenpapier-Halter. Wenn der Aufenthalt im Hotel nur zum schlafen genutzt wird, ist es wirklich okay. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, denke es ist für jeden was dabei. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, nebenan befindet sich aber noch ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Für einen Kurztrip ist es absolut okay.

Bei der Ankunft, die ich vorab telefonisch verfrüht angekündigt habe und im Partnerhotel meinen Schlüssel bekommen haben, wurde ich erstmal von der Reinigungskraft angemeckert, dass noch kein Check-in ist. Mein Zimmer war im 3,5. Stock – Aufzug über die vollen 10 Tage außer Betrieb. Die Möbel im Zimmer hatten abgeplatzten Lack, die Matratze Flecken. Es gab keinen Schreibtisch. Im Bad wurden zwar immer die Handtücher gewechselt, aber die Flecken der Seife oder ein paar Haare sind im Waschbecken geblieben. Der Wasserhahn hatte praktisch keinen Wasserdruck und ich musste mir in der Dusche die Hände waschen. Noch nie habe ich ein Hotel-Frühstück erlebt, das so wenig Auswahl bietet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr günstig. Das Frühstück war einfach aber wirklich ausreichend und gut. Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel einschecken. Ich bin Gehbehindert und das Zimmer lag im 2. Etage.
