Sick most of the week - will not be back

On the first day we loved everything about the hotel - the rooms, the pool area and the food. But then one of us got sick with stomack virus (noro) and then one after one we got sick until all five of us were down, some even with fever. So our very expensive all inclusive week (+7000€) turned out to be a big disappointment as all of us had trouble with our stomachs even after getting up again, and none of us really felt like eating from the buffet - we only had a little plain bread, fruit, pasta and so for the rest of the week. Also, the hotel didn’t seem to care about the situation even though we were obviously not the only sick guests (there was vomit in the corridots and they told us we were not). By the end of the week they put disinfectant forward in the restaurant but that was a very slow reaction - and also they could have made guests more aware of the importance of using it, e.g. on info screens. Thumbs up, however, to the cleaning staff who were the only ones who seemed to care. They did a great job. We will not come back. Luckily we had another week in a self-catered apartment after our week at Bull Dorado - it cost way under half of this week (food included) and was so much better in all terms. Of course the hotel cannot avoid that people get sick but at least they could have an attitude of regret and try to take precautions.

Hissarna har/håller på att renoveras och vi hade inga problem med detta som många verkar ha haft tidigare. Poolen håller temp 26-28°. Helt suveränt. Vi bodde på övre delen och hade fantastisk utsikt över havet. Dock skulle billjud från gatan (loftgång) kunna upplevas störande. Vi tyckte utbudet och smaken på buffén var sådär. Gott om solsängar, men några gäster kunde ändå inte låta bli att paxa plats😌 Nära en liten strand. Gångavstånd till stan. Lungt och skönt på Hotellet.

Helt okej all inclusive-hotell

Plus: bra poolområde, bra spaavdelning. Rent och fräscht. Bra läge till strand, buss och stad. Minus: sega/trasiga hissar som innebar långa väntetider. Buffén hade bra utbud men kvaliteten på maten var inte den bästa. Restaurangen öppnade även lite i senaste laget (kl. 13) för småbarnsfamiljer. AC:n fungerade inte på vårt rum och vi hörde från andra gäster att deras inte heller fungerade. Personalen påstår dock att den funkar. Nedkylningen av rummet sköttes istället av takfläktar.

Underbar familjeresa

Läget är perfekt med promenadavstånd till ANFI BEACH (Ca 15-20 min) och vill man kan man istället ta båten från hamnen som tar dig till ANFI, PUERTO RICO samt MOGAN. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka på hotellet som har fantastiska rum, stora och rymliga med en undebar utstikt över solnedgången på kvällen. Vi hade all inclusive så fri tillgång till mat, dryck men även SPA avdelningen som var underbar och även barnen uppskattade den. På taket har dem en solterrass med bubbelbad och fantastisk utsikt (Kan även rekommendera besök där vid solnedgången). Allt var verkligen toppen och kan verkligen rekommendera andra att besöka detta hotell, vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka hit.
