Worst house keeping and dirty bathroom. Left over balloons from previous guests was till there. Pay for 4 person only 2 towel and 1 of each amenity.

Nice spot in Mokpo
Nice spot on the water. Staff were very helpful. Only complaint is the air conditioning did not work , but we opened the window for the sea breeze. Just be aware that the Peace Plaza in front of hotel can be a little noisy. We enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful experience
Impeccable customer service by Vincent. He was welcoming and made us comfortable in a place where language is difficult. He went above and beyond his responsibilities even driving us to a specific restaurant and communicating our preferences with owners. Made dining pleasurable. In addition, he was aware of our American preferences and had our room cooled prior to arrival. Vincent is an asset to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights and air conditioning was not working for the whole stay and technical was not able to fix the porblem. Have to leave the windows open which faces the main street - noisy, dusty and worst of all, mosquitoes in the room. End up with over 10 mosquitos bites and feedback was - Blank looks from reception

Sorry. Preparatory work is required for the entire air conditioner. This year, preparation was delayed because it failed to predict the time of the heat. I would like to give you another chance to satisfy your customers.

A great business hotel
This hotel is in the center of the action. Park your car, and you can easily walk anywhere you need to go. For me and my team it was a great hotel with friendly staff allowing us to enjoy they city after working at the Korean International Speedway.

Ok hotel but needs some maintenance
The hotel is ok and the location is close to restaurants and the waterfront. I was there with a few people and none of our air conditioners worked very well (they never got the room cooler than 74F). The room itself was not very clean. I found an old spider web in the corner of the bathroom that was there the entire week. The shower door did not close correctly, so water got everywhere when you would shower. The hot water faucet in the sink was not attached properly so it could not be used at all. On the plus side the front desk staff were great. If it was not for one specific woman who helped me I would probably have had a very bad stay over all.

깨끗한 바닷가 근처 호텔
최근에 리모델링 한듯한 매우 깨끗하고 좋은 시설을 가지고 있음. 바닷가 바로 앞에 있고 근처에 맛집과 까페들이 많아 좋고 편리함.

エアコンが作動しないのでフロントを呼び部屋に来てもらったが「スイッチは点灯しないが全館空調なので温かくなる」と言って帰った。しかしまったく温かくならず寒い夜を過ごす。 翌日外出から戻るとエアコン装置は普通に動いていて温かくなった。前夜のホテルマンは平気に嘘をついていたのだった‼️

침구상태는 좋았으나 의자나 바닥에 이전 손님의 머리카락등이 남아 있어 청소에 더 신경써 주었으면 합니다. 702호는 욕실문이 안에서 잘 안 열립니다. 수리가 필요합니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다. 오션뷰도 좋았고 분위기도 괜찮았습니다.

보통 숙소와 같은 편인듯
카펫 바닥은 보이지 않는 먼지가 많은것 같음 화장실은 깨끗 하지만 보이지 않는곳도 청결하게 했음 좋겠다.
